Terms of use

Last updated: 15.08.2026

This translation is for information only. In the event of a conflict, the Norwegian version applies.

These terms apply to the use of MyMenu (mymenu.no). The service is provided by Janthakun Tech (reg. no. 931 202 162), a Norwegian company. By creating an account, you accept the terms.

1. The Service

MyMenu allows restaurants to create and operate a digital menu page with its own address at mymenu.no, QR code, automatic translation into 23 languages and allergen labeling. The service works in the browser on PC, Mac, Android and iPhone.

2. Prices and subscription

All prices are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. One subscription covers up to 2 companies. Price changes are notified at least 30 days before they come into force and apply from the next renewal.

  • Monthly plan: NOK 120 per month, with one month free trial. The first payment is charged 30 days after sign-up.
  • Annual plan: NOK 1,000 per year.
  • Lifetime: NOK 3,000 as a lump sum - applies as long as the service is operated.

3. Trial period and termination

The monthly and annual plans are automatically renewed until they are cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current period - if you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged anything. Termination is done by contacting post@mymenu.no. In case of termination, the menu page is unpublished when the period expires.

4. Your Content and Responsibility

You own the content you enter (menus, texts, images) and give MyMenu the right to display it as part of the service. You yourself are responsible for the content being correct and legal - including that the prices are correct and that the allergen information is correct and complete. MyMenu is a publishing tool and cannot be held responsible for errors in the content entered by the company itself. We can remove content that is illegal or violates the rights of others.

5. Operation and availability

We strive for high uptime, but cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is carried out as far as possible outside normal opening hours. We continuously develop the service and can change functionality, as long as the core of the service remains.

6. Limitation of liability

MyMenu's overall liability for damages is limited to what you have paid for the service in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost turnover.

7. Right of withdrawal

The service is sold to traders, and the Consumer Purchase Act's right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The free trial month on the monthly plan gives you plenty of time to evaluate the service at no cost.

8. Choice of law

The terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are sought to be resolved amicably; otherwise, Norwegian courts have jurisdiction.
